Order Validation and Acceptance

When you place an order through ozdesigner.com, we may verify your method of payment, shipping address before processing your order. Ozdesigner.com may accept your order by processing your payment and shipping the product, or may, for any reason, decline to accept your order or any part of your order. No order shall be considered to be accepted by ozdesigner.com until the product has been shipped. Information relating to ozdesigner.com ’s products is subject to change without notice. Prices are subject to change at any time prior to ozdesigner.com ’s acceptance of your order. In the event we discover a material error in the description or availability of a product or service that affects your outstanding order with ozdesigner.com, or an error in pricing, we will notify you of the corrected version, and you may choose to accept the corrected version, or cancel the order. If you choose to cancel the order, and your credit card has already been charged for a purchase, ozdesigner.com will issue a credit to your nominated acount in the amount of the charge. |

You may pay for your order one of the following major credit cards,: Visa®, MasterCard®, and American Express® cards. Orders placed before 3:00 p.m. Sydney, Australia'n time(+10), Monday through Friday, will generally be processed, billed, and shipped that day. Orders placed after 3:00 p.m. Sydney, Australia'n time(+10), Monday through Friday, or on weekends, will generally be processed and billed that day, and will generally be shipped the following business day.
In most cases, your credit card will not be charged if ozdesigner.com declines to accept your order. If your card has been charged, ozdesigner.com will process a refund.
In the event your shipment will be delayed more than fifteen (15) days after the date of your order, ozdesigner.com will attempt to notify you by e-mail, using the e-mail address you provided, and you may elect to cancel the order. If you elect to cancel the order, ozdesigner.com will issue a refund. |

Generally, all orders are shipped within 24 hours of receipt, Monday through Friday. Orders received by 3:00 pm (Sydney Aus time) will be shipped the same day. In order to receive a product on the next 2-3 business days, you need to place your order before 3:00 pm ET. We do not ship on Saturdays, Sundays or national public holidays.
Note. some remote locations won't arrive in the standard 2-3 working days. but might take 3-6 business days, depending on destination.

ozdesigner.com collects and remits GST taxes as required by law on purchases made via the Site. For orders to oversees customers that don't pay the tax, the 10% is simply transferred over to be a handling cost. |

You may return any product purchased through the ozdesigner.com Online Store within seven (7) days of receipt, provided that the product is unused and repackaged in its original packaging materials.
